Practice Groups

All Practice groups provide an extensive range of legal services.

• Sales and Marketing (includes the Registration Group)
• Provides legal support for sales start-up activities as well as on-going marketing and sales operations.
• The Registration Group researches, prepares and submits registration filings to various state agencies to enable the marketing and sales of projects.

Acquisition, Development and Finance

• Responsible for providing legal support for the acquisition, purchase, project development and construction of an existing or potential project.

Government Affairs, Mortgage Bank, Product Development and Compliance

• Government Affairs provides legal support to ensure understanding and compliance with the laws that relate to the timeshare industry.
• Mortgage Bank provides legal support regarding consumer mortgages, assisting with the investment pool transactions.
